No, SoulCare does not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. Click here to learn how to submit a superbill.
Additionally, we accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which allow you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for therapy services. If you’re unsure whether your plan covers out-of-network therapy or how to use your HSA/FSA, we recommend checking with your insurance provider.

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible care. To do so, we hold a dedicated appointment time just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows mean that we are unable to offer that time to another client who may need our services.
Our policies help ensure fairness to all clients:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged the full session fee, as this time cannot be refunded or reallocated. If you submit for reimbursement from your insurance company, you may not be reimbursed for missed appointments.
For Unexpected Illnesses:
We understand that illnesses and emergencies can arise unexpectedly. Late cancellations due to illness will be billed at your provider’s discretion. We offer the option of switching to a telehealth session if you or your child are feeling unwell but can still participate. This allows us to maintain continuity of care while respecting everyone’s health and safety. If a true emergency prevents attendance, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
