SoulCare providers are considered out-of-network providers.
We understand that insurance coverage is important to many families. However, we have chosen not to participate directly with insurance providers for the following reasons:
Client-Centered Care: Insurance companies often limit the type, length, and frequency of care provided. By not contracting with insurance, we can ensure your treatment plan is personalized to your unique needs without outside restrictions.
Privacy: Insurance companies require detailed personal and clinical information for reimbursement, which can compromise your privacy. By keeping your care private, we can maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
High-Quality Services: Managing insurance claims requires significant administrative time and resources, which can take away from the focus on your care. Our streamlined approach allows us to dedicate more time and energy to providing high-quality, personalized services.
While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with a superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your provider about your specific benefits.
