Parenting is tough, but you don’t have to do it alone! Parenting Mindfully is a 4-session workshop designed to help you better understand your child’s development, strengthen your relationship, and build essential skills for navigating big emotions and behaviors with confidence.

Join us every Tuesday in May as we explore parent-child attachment, brain development, executive functions, and emotion regulation.

All sessions are LIVE VIRTUAL at 12pm. You will receive a confirmation and the Zoom link upon completion of registration.

    We are working on developing a self-paced version of the series for those who cannot join live.

  • Meghan Devine, PsyD, BCBA and Ashley Shafer, PhD co-facilitate this series. Dr. Devine is the co-founder of SoulCare and Dr. Shafer is a researcher at the University of Pittsburgh.
